Resident Asks:
"How many votes are required to make changes to the neighborhood bylaws?"
AI Answer (Instant · Accurate · Sourced)
According to your community bylaws, a two-thirds (2/3) supermajority vote is required to amend or modify the neighborhood bylaws.
This means that at least 67% of eligible voting members must approve any proposed changes. The vote must take place during a properly noticed meeting where quorum requirements are met (minimum 50% of homeowners present).
Additionally, all proposed amendments must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the vote, allowing homeowners adequate time to review and consider the changes.
