• Important neighborhood announcements and updates
• Event reminders and notifications
• Community alerts and emergency information
• HOA administrative communications
• Channel message notifications

Consent to Receive Messages

By entering your mobile phone number and opting into SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from NeighborLink and your neighborhood HOA at the phone number you provided. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may receive an initial confirmation message welcoming you to the SMS program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your neighborhood's activity level. You may receive approximately 2-10 messages per month, though this may vary during periods of high activity or urgent situations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details about your specific plan and any charges that may apply to text messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Texting STOP to any message you receive from NeighborLink
• Replying STOP to the phone number that sent you messages
• Updating your notification preferences in your NeighborLink account settings

After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.
